4. Hello, I have a French MacBook Pro 15″ Core 2 Duo Model A1211 so the keyboard is AZERTY. I bought a QWERTY keyboard for it and all the connections fitted perfectly but upon boot up, the trackpad now doesn’t work and nor does the keyboard. I switched back to the AZERTY keyboard and that now doesn’t work either! I must have damaged one of the ribbon connectors. I noticed the black connector for the keyboard is broken on top. Why would that stop the trackpad working though? Anyway, I need it fixed! Can you help?
